Ed Light and Luke Elliott are Broker Associates based out of Prudential’s Tampa, Florida office.
C. Luke Elliott
Luke Elliott joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL near the end of 2007 after almost 6 years in the Tampa Bay Real Estate market. He has worked on various aspects of real estate marketing with an emphasis on lending since 2001. In 2007, Luke made the decision to sell his financing company and went to work in commercial real estate sales and leasing. He has over 8 Years of Marketing and Sales experience. Having been a life long Tampa Bay resident, Luke has a unique perspective on the businesses and trends that are currently affecting the regional industrial markets. Luke’s area of specialization is narrowly focused on Industrial and Office buildings 10,000 sq ft and up in the Greater Tampa Bay area. Luke has the distinction of having more industrial property sales than any other associate or brokerage in Pinellas County for 2010.

Experience
- Ed Light joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL in December 2006 as a specialist in Office sales and leasing in Pinellas County. Ed graduated from Florida State University in 1972 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with primary focus on Russian and Mid-East Affairs. His post secondary education in commercial real estate includes graduate level courses in:
